Subtitles Blue TV Play

Good morning community

I wanted to watch the series “Killing Eve” on my PC with Chrome because the TV is occupied.
Unfortunately, I can’t set subtitles here and that’s difficult because the actors often speak Russian.

I can set the subtitles on the TV set with TV Box 5. But not with the browser in Web TV…

Would someone please be so kind and briefly explain to me how I can set the subtitles.

Best regards and many thanks in advance.

@Prio Normally this can be set directly in the programme using the following character in WebTv:

Unfortunately, I don’t see this for “Killing Eve” either. Perhaps one of the moderators can clarify why this is the case 🤓

Addendum: Could it be that you watched season 2 of this series via the box in the replay on ZDFNeo? The subtitles are available there, even in the browser. This could explain these differences. In the past, very few (if any?) Blue Play programmes had subtitles, hence my question.

Good morning @Gaeilgeoir

Thank you very much for your quick reply and your efforts! 😊

I’m watching the first season right now. (“Killing Eve, S01E06, Take Me to the Hole!” and previous ones)
I’m pretty sure I watched the series via the box with Blue Play.

Additionally, may I ask if you also post persistently in a thread about the EPG?
I’ve been following this thread for a very long time and admire your perseverance!

Best regards and have a nice day.

Prio Thank you very much. Yes, I do that from time to time, I don’t write in every mistake, only those that seem “particularly” wrong to me 😃. Unfortunately, there’s not that much going on, but we’re staying on the ball 😊.

Greetings back and have a nice day too

@Prio I(subsequently changed) I also tried this last night on TV-Box 5 and indeed the subtitles for season 1 are there, unlike the browser version. So please ask the moderators to clarify why this is the case (maybe it’s a bug that can be fixed @ThomasS ). Thanks in advance.

      Good morning Gaeilgeoir

Your message is addressed to Befrannau21. I will take the liberty of replying to it anyway.

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to reproduce the error and involve ThomasS! 😊
Now I can be sure that I haven’t done anything wrong.

Best regards and have a nice day.

Prio I had already meant you, but accidentally posted it in another thread and then didn’t adjust the name when I copied it over. Sorry, let’s hope that will be adjusted now.
