The new forum still takes some getting used to, but if you know where you want to go, you’ll get there eventually. I think it just takes some time to get used to it. I have a question. Where is the dark mode? Will there be a way to customise the layout in the future?

I also can’t manage to get notifications (simply in the forum at the top by the bell), in the settings all notifications have an X and I don’t see how I can change that.

    On the right is the button to follow a thread. Is it intentional that when I follow it, it suggests that I follow it. It now says “followed” instead of “I follow” and somehow this doesn’t read right.

    Notifications are currently still switched off because an update is still running in the background. They are coming.

    We want to implement dark mode, but Swisscom has not yet given us the OK. Customisation is also on the bucket list.

    We are taking on Navi Bugs Mobile.

      Then a small addition, as I already mentioned in my first post, you have to click through to find what you are looking for. I miss a bit of the sense behind certain fields and it mutates into a little click safari here. Example: On the right-hand side next to Answers there is a small arrow pointing downwards. This gives me the option of copying the link to the thread. If you don’t know this, then there is no indication that this arrow downwards means that there is a link behind it. But I’ll stop now, sorry.

        This arrow contains more options depending on the user type and not just the “Copy link”. But take your input on board and thank you very much for it.

        Hello everyone. I’m a fan of Swisscom, I’ve always had everything with them (we’re talking about internet, mobile, TV, not necessarily spreads like La Poste or Postfinance does with insurance, which are just agreements and “links”), and this community is really nice. Sometimes you can even get official advice and information from employees.

        Recently, I discovered the official Swisscom merchandising shop (I’m not talking about routers etc) and strangely Swisscom doesn’t put it forward on the official page, even though it’s really nice! I think it’s a permanent shop, not a temporary one:

          It’s difficult to give (positive) feedback at the moment because there was still a bit of a “construction site” when I first called up the community. When I (first?) called up the community, I saw nothing but technical names, both on the PC and on the tablet. Only a second visit to the community page (on the PC) remedied the situation******n.

          Edit: if the language is English, then technical names are displayed.

          What I would like to see is a button that gives me the choice of whether I want to see the posts in the original language or whether the posts should be translated. I want to see the original language, not a translation.

          I saw a post in the TV forum (supposedly) in German, wanted to reply because I have the same phenomenon and realised in my reply that the title of the thread was then suddenly in French, which is very likely the language in which the thread was written.

          The title of a TV programme also seems a bit strange to me when translated.

          That’s why I want it to be possible to select the original language of the post.

          If this button/function already exists, I would be grateful for input on where it is located.
