I come back to my question. How can I use the balance of a prepaid SIM card other than by changing my subscription?
To exhaust the credit, it is only possible to send SMS, use mobile data or call.

Interesting solution not SMS but how to do it? For example, can I buy a CFF ticket?
Hello
No, it is not possible to buy a CFF ticket by SMS. Only certain private transport companies, such as TPG, Transports publics lausanneis, or even SMS Mobilis tickets sent to 456, allow this type of payment. The best thing is to consult directly the information of the public transport you wish to use in order to find out the payment options available, in particular by SMS.

Hello @Meriessie33 and welcome to the Swisscom Help Community 🙂
It is possible to transfer a prepaid credit to another prepaid number. To do this, I invite you to contact our customer service [here.](https://www.swisscom.ch/fr/clients-prives/aide/contact.html#cascadingTabs%5Binner%5D=tab_1643987981391&cascadingTabs%5Bouter% 5D=tab_1643984430352)

@LeylaG Hello
I am quite surprised by your answer, because last June, when I went to the Swisscom Shop in my region to change my telephone number on my prepaid, I was told that it was not possible. The staff explained to me that we could not transfer the balance to a new prepaid number.
Is this something new that now allows this possibility, or did the staff misinform me at the time? That’s why I wrote this answer.

Hello @Doremi
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry if you received incorrect information or if there was a misunderstanding during your visit to the Shop.
It is possible to transfer the credit balance of an active Swisscom prepaid number to another Swisscom prepaid number.
Swisscom Shop employees and agents at the first level of the hotline can forward these requests to a special service authorized to carry out this procedure.
