Dear helpers, where does this nonsensical message come from? I have never had a business and have been registered as a private user since 2008. My Eltern already had the number and I took it over. How can I change this? I had the email problem again when I logged in/opened and only got a white page.
I checked with Swisscom and had my settings checked and it was confirmed that I have never had a business account.
The gentleman from Swisscom asked me about the versions of Windows and couldn’t find any errors.
A few days earlier I had problems with the email page and in the evening with the TV box, which was replaced, so far everything is working again.
I’m not doing anything else and am now waiting for the fiber optic cable to be installed in the next few weeks, which is being expanded in my community. Thank you for your help and concern.
