@“x”#1319185What exactly is unclear?

If you receive an invoice by post, you will be charged a fee of CHF 2.90, which is only fair to those who receive the invoice by email because sending every letter costs (postage, paper, printing, effort)

Hello Swisscom, the Swisscom bills (controlled and also increased CHF from 2.90 to 140.00) have been going up for years

delivered to us by email. You want to prevent complaints by making the address very difficult to find. I understand the Swisscom operation is too big and too expensive. I thank you for the answer.

Kind regards, Léonie Franz / Jacques Metzger

Hello @Mummeintauy73

are you sure that the CHF 2.90 is for a paper bill? You said that you will receive the invoice by email.

Email with multiple email addresses is now available for a fee:

Bluewin E-Mail basic now costs CHF 2.90.

Ev. That makes the difference, but it is shown on the invoice.

If you really have a Betrag on the invoice for sending a “paper invoice” by email, you should complain about this to Swisscom customer service. -> Contact for your concerns & complaints -> Invoices & Payment -> Invoice amount
