Unable to download swisscom app on Belgian phone

Good evening,

Wanting to use my phone in Switzerland without costly roaming, I subscribe to a prepaid ESIM card, approved Swisscom account with ID and paid. I finally cannot download the MySwisscom app, it is apparently not authorized in my country.

What to do?

You must use the Swisscom Cockpit when you are abroad

With Cockpit Swisscom, you keep control of your current costs abroad. It also allows you to manage the devices associated with your subscription and purchase data packs.

From your smartphone, you can access the Cockpit without login. If you are using a WLAN or if you are on a laptop, you will be asked to log in with your mobile number.

Connection to the Cockpit is free and access does not incur costs, whether you are in Switzerland or abroad.

Depending on your device, I invite you to check in your Play Store or your [App Store](https://support. apple.com/fr-ch/118283), if the selected geographic area is registered in Switzerland.
If this is not the case, you will need to modify the country accordingly.
