Recorded films have disappeared

    • We have around 135 hours of recorded programs, including series.

    For the last two days, programs have simply disappeared there, once a whole series with about 5 or 6 programs left, the other time 4 or 5.

    The shipments are not in the trash either.

    anyone have any ideas?

      I don’t know what the problem is either. It has already happened to me. But then the recordings were suddenly there again. Swisscom doesn’t know what the problem is either. I’ve also had a lot of other faults since the switchover on 28.10.24. Greetings
