I’m sorry for repeating myself. But in principle you can pair Bluetooth devices with the Box 21. Here, for example, in addition to the remote control, I also paired headphones and a keyboard:
Connected are:
- Swisscom remote control RC2000
- Keyboard Logitech K375s
- Headphones ZX-1576 from Pearl **(No longer available)
**Maybe @RomanE has an idea why your devices can’t be paired with the Box 21.
For me it’s the TV-Box Swisscom that doesn’t work, I’d have to try the TV-Box 21.

Addendum: So I tried the Philips 6000 Series with the TV-Box 21 and it works, but the Philips 8000 Series doesn’t work with all TV boxes, only with the Samsung TV..

That would be great if you could try that. Because the questioner has a box 21.
With the Swisscom Box the testing is only running with Android TV. It may well be that there are still problems.
Thank you!
I really had to unpair the buds from the smartphone first, then the pairing with the TV Box 21 also worked 🙂
Now the speaker has no sound when I use the buds (which is a good thing in 90% of all cases).
Does anyone know if there is a setting so that you can use or listen to Bluetooth headphones and TV speakers at the same time? and can adjust the volume individually.
(I know something like this from the Sennheiser RS 195, but they also have their own station)
Thank you for your help!
Thanks! My second television apparently has Bluetooth, as I found out yesterday. In any case, the TV is displayed to me when I search via Bluetooth with my smartphone.
It’s an older Samsung Smart TV. I just can’t find a Bluetooth menu on the TV anywhere. I’ll probably first have to find out the exact name of the TV and then search specifically for BT in its manuals.
