Automatic out-of-office response

  • Bluewin has changed appearance, and there is no longer a way to find how to create an automatic absence (vacation) response. Help please!

    • Hello @Neldeilioff17

It is possible that the My Swisscom version is still the old one.

You have to look below where the email address is listed (using the pencil to change the password) and look for another entry point for the Settings (forwarding, auto-reply, …)

Thanks for the response, but no trace of the box settings with the new presentation….

And it’s not because I don’t work that I’m necessarily far from home 😉

    But thank you

Neldeilioff17 What is your inbox?, you asked for the out of office message in the email. Or do you mean something else? In this case, it should be clarified.

As @DanielD wrote, it is possible to adjust the absence note in MySwisscom and more precisely under the following link:

      https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/d?useCase=viewMailHub

Then click “Settings” in the email address, then click “Settings”. And there:

      and then:

      Good morning,

Back from vacation, disturbed by customers in a hurry, I would like to find the solution for next time 😉

I use Mail on my mac. And I can’t find the page you screenshotted, because I can’t see how to access the email address settings (only how to change it).

      Thanks again for your help
