From now on, everyone who has a abbonamento Swisscom Mobile or Internet will be able to benefit from attractive offers and gifts. We would like to thank our customers with these “Swisscom Benefits”.

Monthly competitions with instant prizes, discounted tickets for the home matches of the Swiss national football team, reduced entry prices in blue Cinema cinemas, personalized special offers that change and much more await you.

What to expect: All customers will receive an annual loyalty gift after their first completed contract year. You will be contacted directly at the appropriate time.

for “loyal” customers: depends on the current subscriptions, the Swisscom hardware installed, the mobile devices used, etc…

here are the “offers” for two subscribers with the same accessories but different monthly prices and also different year of “loyalty” (one 4 and the other 10:

some offers are available to all customers (for example, currently Samsung The Frame, Club Cinema Blu subscription or football subscription), others are customized based on the individual customer’s situation (TV Box 5 at a special price, etc.) . It is, therefore, a mix.

@JanineZ as the person responsible for creating this communication, could you tell me more about what “personal” offers they are? For a month I have had identical offers from those who have the same products as me (including TV boxes).

It’s hard for me to believe that the “BENEFITS” program is yet another decoy…

We offer the same contents as part of the benefits for all customers who have had a blu home or mobile contract for at least one year.
At the bottom of the homepage Swisscom Benefits: loyalty offers for our customers | Swisscom you will find the following answer: “The program is open to all customers with an Internet or Mobile subscription (excl. Prepaid)”. Loyalty gifts are available starting from the first year of the contract.
We offer discounts for the purchase of a new TV or for football matches. Offers change based on availability and current events.

Last but not least, you must log in with your login where you entered into the contracts.
