App “blue TV” blocks Apple TV-Box after every restart!

Hello dear community!

I use two such boxes here in faraway Australia (!) and whenever I have to RESTART (under “System”) from one of these Apple TV-Box for a specific reason (i.e. not just switch it off/on), it then remains The function of the app “blue TV” hangs every time (i.e. no automatic transition to the “TV Guide”…) and I then have to delete this app and download it again!

Ask:

Have any other users experienced such an “incident”?

In fact, after such a restart command (under the “System” menu), the app “blue TV” freezes, ie. the TV guide will then NO LONGER appear automatically; So you have to delete this app and download it again!

I would now be very interested to know whether OTHER USERS have also noticed this lapse in the Swisscom software…

Addendum:

The TV apps from “SALT” & “SUNRISE”, on the other hand, do NOT show any such misbehavior, as clicking on them (after such a restart) still takes you directly to the corresponding login page! (I only have a Swisscom subscription myself).
