The options you describe don’t even exist in my TV-Box menu. There are: Settings / Video Audio and then Image Quality / UHD Test / HDR / Audio & Sound / Image Quality for Apps. We have/I have already tried everything. Under Audio & Sound you can simply select one of the three sound variants. Of course, stereo is best for me - the others don’t sound as good.
