Our Community where “customers help customers” must move to the next level and move towards the goal “together we know more”. It is with this in mind that we will change the platform planned for the beginning of December, renew the design and add new exciting functions.

Welcome to product questions
We are creating a bridge between swisscom.ch and the Community. In the future, users will be able to ask questions on product pages and you will answer them directly in the Community. This way, more people will benefit from your expertise and knowledge.
Goodbye to language barriers
Thanks to AI, we are putting an end to the language barrier. Via DeepL’s high-quality machine translation service, you can communicate and understand each other. Simply put, you write an article in your language and the AI translates the text for everyone else in their language.
New gamification
Rising Star, Terence Tao and Marie Curie: cool new badges await you, to reward your commitment within the Community. This makes it even more worth it to participate.
Super Users = mentors
Our Super Users become mentors. This title appeared during a survey in the Super User Lounge, after exciting discussions about the responsibility and value of Super Users. We appreciate this breath of fresh air.
We test the new platform upstream as part of User Testing with different Community users. We will keep you informed of its launch. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
