Good morning,

The change was to take place on October 1. However, as of September 18, already 2 cinema+ channels have just been spontaneously withdrawn in the middle of a film. And the famous “login” linked to our accounts, when will we receive them?

At 19.90 per bouquet, the channels removed in advance, compensation should be offset on the bill!

Yours sincerely

Good morning,

Nothing to do with blue Premium, currently on Ciné+ family there is the film Heidi and Canal does not have the rights for this film in Switzerland, that’s why you see advertising for myCanal. At 6:10 p.m. the program will resume normally with the next film.

thank you for your information, but when I click on your links it sends me to the French site, where I am asked to choose a supplier but Swisscom is not one of them.

Hence my question should I launch the mycanal application or use the new OCS application?

Hello,

You will have to use the myCanal application from October 1st. The connection will be made automatically via the application found on the Swisscom box.

For other media you should receive an email from Canal/Swisscom to create your login at the beginning of October

After calling Swisscom, it appears that the Canal+ channel is not part of the “blue premium with Canal+” pack!

I have access to the mycanal app on the box, and there are a few linear channels that have been added.

Can we talk about false advertising? Of deception? Frankly, the question is justified. If the offer was called “blue premium with mycanal”, OK.

But “blue premium with Canal+”….but without Canal+, wouldn’t we be made fun of?

Yes, but hey, it’s a play on words. Canal+ has certainly become an operator, but you can ask 99% of people, when you talk about Canal+ they think of the television channel.

In any case, I asked the question from the start what “standard Canal+ worth 15.-/month” meant, no one was able to provide an answer.

All this lacks clarity for the customer.
