Otobox has been in the house since summer 2023 but no information about what exactly is planned and when

    I’ve had Fiber at Home and an Otobox in the basement since last summer 2023, but unfortunately I’ve never heard anything from Swisscom or anything like that since the express installation exercise.

    Why isn’t there more proactive information about what exactly the schedule is and what the next steps are? Because this Comco decision was actually already known at this point and was not communicated here, so this Anschluss cannot be used for almost a whole year…

    Does anyone here have more information or a contact point where they can provide reliable information and not simply refer to the Internet site. that you can get information here at any time… Any information is welcome. Dear love

      The only official information point for your Anschluss is the Checker (https://swisscom.ch/checker) - even the support doesn’t have any more information than this.
