Try unplugging the TV box, removing the batteries from the TC for 30″ and putting them back in. Then plug the box back in to start again. If it still doesn’t work you will have to do a Reset (the hole below) of the TV-Box to reset everything and recouple the CT.

Hello, since the update, I have had problems with the box. I have 2 second micro-cuts that happen every 10 seconds. Is this a known issue? What is the solution? I’ve already tried resetting everything, it doesn’t change anything. THANKS

It’s worth a try, but you might as well put all the chances on your side by doing a complete reinstallation in the right order. The router and the TV-Box must be connected directly with a LAN cable.

Turn off the TV-Box, the router and unplug the power from the TV.

Then turn it back on and reset the router. Wait until it has completely restarted.

Plug in and turn on the TV. Select the HDMI channel to which the TV-Box is connected.

Turn the TV-Box back on and use the reset hole to reset it.

This procedure is the equivalent of a new installation. Fingers crossed 🤞
