No TV Guide

  • As of today the TV Guide no longer works. Only when I restart the box do I get TV information again. When I open the guide again later, the same problem occurs again. No information available. Then restart again, and…….

    Anyone else have this problem?

      Hello everyone

      We are currently investigating the topic. If you are affected by this, resetting the TV-Box will help.

      To do this, please press briefly on the bottom of the box with a paper clip. (not 2 seconds like with the old speakers, but only briefly)

    Which TV-Box do you have exactly? (It’s on the label below)
    Regarding restart: Have you ever disconnected the box from the power briefly while it is running?

    Yes, this problem has been going on for 5 months and unfortunately there is still no solution in sight. Watching TV on the new Android TV is totally impossible - everything freezes within 1 hour. No TV guide then Blue Premium and Blue Play “No data available please try again later”.

    Seems still current. Recently I have had the same problem after waking up from sleep mode. Restarting helps temporarily. Do the reset later.
