At the beginning of the year there was one đ⌠and yet there are signs of a BT when measuring (but only 50% certainty)
I see the first problems on December 18th, 2023. But after fixing the BT the stabilization was never removed. So none of our technicians did it. Anyways, I see really bad resyncs on 02/21/24. Important: Never disconnect the DSL line without switching off the router. These resyncs were then the trigger for the next stabilization level. Then on 02/24/24 resyncs again which has now led to further stabilization.
Now there is another Anschluss at UPK1 at the address and guess what, it has a BT. So itâs entirely possible that itâs getting in your way via the UP. The Anschluss has no interference, no stabilization, which means that the BT only negatively affects the bit rate there. There shouldnât be any negative influence on your management, but I would still take a close look at the UP.

On these two days, at the request of the tel. Support reset the IB to factory settings due to the firmware update request.
DSL cable always plugged in never unplugged!!
to:- yes, thatâs true, as far as I know, the Anschluss and the UP were looked at by Swisscom last year/ (Iâll research this this week)

Here is my junction box suggested by Roger G. I know that this cable is not perfect, but UP is not accessible for me, I live in rent in another apartment.
What is the current FW?
Loud

would be this
Release Notes (version 10/14/30
this is not installed.
Yes that is correct. What I wanted to say was that the current software was on it at the time and there was no update after the reset. But the FW matches the hardware revision. Iâll see an expert to see if I can push the new FW (I canât trigger it)

That would be counter-productive. We (or the automatic system) only do this when the Anschluss is running smoothly.

It ran cleaner before than it does now⌠if I interpret that correctly: no CRC available!!!

The new FW has been installed. Letâs see if the situation improves.
You just have the booster on it and this version shouldnât actually be rolled out. Let the router run for a few days without the booster so that we can see from the values ââwhether everything on the DSL side is ok.

Thanks for the info.
Iâm going to unplug the booster for 3 days this evening.
Iâll let you know how it goes.
