MySports on Swisscom TV: Picture and sound not synchronous

    I use MySports via Swisscom TV (without app). I repeatedly notice that the picture and sound are not synchronized, even though all other channels are working normally. For example, if I watch MySports via TV24 (free match), then I don’t have the problem either.

      If replay mode is available, test a rewind (10 - 20 seconds) on the Swisscom remote control and then switch back to live mode
