@Wiflieya80 definitely with the I52 cable you can suffer a massive loss of speed. Please also have your return can replaced with a state-of-the-art BBR can.
See basic post 16 from me.
@Wiflieya80 The technician must report this to the construction service. They then come and replace the UP for free, since UP is on the Swisscom website.
Why is the speed information from the Kundencenter different from that from the checker?
That’s the case for me too, but not as big a difference as with @Wiflieya80
However, the final performance is higher than both figures.

With your poor speed I would call again straight away!
Say firmly and kindly that this is urgently needed now!
You simply say that your line is brutally wrong!
If the hotline doesn’t respond again, request a fiber optic appointment immediately
on the spot in a very quick time frame that suits you!
Hopefully this will bring people back down to earth🤣
@Rauppeisuf65 nobody understands me anymore! Everyone says you have great internet. Reality doesn’t even show 1 Mbit/s and later I have to have the UP changed at my own expense. Well, fiberglass would be a dream… 😔
Hi @Wiflieya80
Do not give up! 😊
It’s starting to seem to me as if Swisscom is talking about a different line.
Is the Internet box serial number correct (activate expert mode) here and the IP [here](https://internetbox.swisscom.ch/#diagnostics/info /overview) matches the data in MySwisscom under “Your Router”?

Hello @Wiflieya80
It’s not easy to follow you since you’re active in two threads at the same time with the same issue.
Roger wrote in Post 18 in the other thread this morning:
@Wiflieya80 I don’t know what kind of screenshot this is at which address, because the Anschluss that is registered to you has a measured speed of 584/134!!
This can’t be the Anschluss you’re writing about here. It would be good if you could clarify this. Do you have two different connections or are you having a problem with a Anschluss that is subscribed to by someone else?
@Wiflieya80 You seem to have mixed the two cases here. Your screenshot doesn’t match what I see. Send me the exact address and customer number or phone number via PM. if you still have a landline. This is the only way to analyze properly.
PS: I have many g.Fast connections that run fine over the old lines. It is more difficult with old, defective terminals on UP’s that are corroded or are wobbly.
