Connection Swisscom router to Home Assistant

  • Good morning,

I didn’t find anything in this community using the “Home Assistant” search. I would like to integrate my router into my Home Assistant to use the presence of devices (device tracker). According to the following link this should work and I have entered it in my configuration.yaml (including host: IP number). But apart from some information about the router (speed…) I can’t get to the devices. Does anyone here have experience?

    Thanks.

      Hi @Wijosha

This is known, see the following issue.

Seems like the integration needs a bit of love and time 😉.

Thanks r00t. Yes, love is ok, I’ve had enough of it. Time is such a thing 😉 But obviously there’s someone on it, hopefully it’ll be sorted out soon.

Thanks for the tip. I have Home Assistant OS running. Such a config probably won’t work. It’s also not entirely clear to me - based on the documentation - what the thing can do 😉 Or have I missed something?

I’m a new Home Assistant Green owner, as of 1er week ago, and trying to learn the ropes. I just integrated a HACS, I stumble upon it and can’t even manage to find it. What am I doing wrong? 🤔

… ok, I think I found it, copy it in manually. I’ll take a closer look at it at the weekend.
