My Swisscom App shows every now and then

  • Hello everyone

    The MySwisscom app bugs me every now and then. This then looks like this:

    Shooting the app on the iPad and starting it again solves the problem.
    Unfortunately, it has not yet been possible to reproduce it.

    Am I really the only one with this problem?

    I tried the usual measures such as uninstalling, restarting the iPad, etc. after the first time.

    With the iPhone 14 PRo and beta iOS 17.2 no problems, everything works!!

    No problems even directly on the PC via Swisscom Kundencenter.

    Does calling Kundencenter directly via a PC work normally?

      @Stephan_76 With the app everything actually works as it should for me. @Chips the same problem was reported yesterday by two SU colleagues in the French-speaking forum, with the same error message in French. However, I don’t have this message for me. I assume that the moderators in the forum there will pass the whole thing on internally. If something is communicated there, I will pass it on here.

        I can’t say whether the Internet browser still has an influence, I have Firefox installed?

          I’ve never had any problems with browsers on my PC or tablet. And when I come in via the app, everything works for me. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with 16.7.2 for iPad OS. 17 no longer exists.

          @ThomasS Do you have a contact person for the MySwisscom app on iOS? Can you possibly forward this? It’s not the end of the world but maybe they have an idea why this is happening.

          In Kundencenter you have the opportunity to report the problem directly.
