2 compartment auth. for webmail

I called support. He couldn’t do that, he could only delete the cell phone number. But the system no longer lets me in without providing a mobile phone number. I just did that again so I could even get in. Now the system wants to send me a letter again with the code. All this just so I can read my email. *Sentence removed by moderation* Is there really no way to turn this off?

    No, if deleting the number doesn’t help, then it stays that way.

    My advice is to forget about webmail and use a client like Thunderbird or Outlook.

    The only thing you can do is use the following link

    https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/myprofile/manage-login

    Click on Edit login methods and mark the option below. There should then no longer be 2FA in webmail.
