Glad you made it.
What would have worked, by the way, would have been to simply push the volume control up to maximum using the remote control for the TV-Box integrated in the mobile blue TV app.
This would have worked without decoupling/re-coupling.
The volume problem with the paired remote control is actually an age-old one; it occurs rarely, but occasionally occurs from time to time.
To my knowledge, the triggering cause has never really been found clearly, but the solution is clear:
Either uncouple the FB and pair it again, or use the FB of the mobile TV app to increase the volume to maximum with the TV-Box remote control integrated into it, and the result is ultimately the same.

Hello Werner, thank you very much for your detailed and helpful explanations. I’m not a digital native and only recently moved to Switzerland, where everything is very technically demanding. There are even fiber optic cables for the Internet here. That’s why I don’t use the Blue TV app yet, but I’m taking a step forward every day towards “being set up soon”. I am confident…..-)

Welcome to the constantly evolving Swiss Internet infrastructure.
Compared to the global leaders such as Singapore and Taiwan, there is still some catching up potential, but it is worth it.
If you are ever faced with further “innovation challenges”, here in the Swisscom Community, as a combination of the knowledge of everyone involved, a fairly large “swarm intelligence” of all participants taking notes is constantly emerging.
So there is a great chance that the community can help with many application questions.
Basically, the idea behind it is the principle of giving and taking practical knowledge from everyone involved, which, in my own opinion, represents a very strong model for success.
