I do have the premium subscription… I have a second box upstairs, older, 4K UHD HDR with a Samsung 4K HUD TV and there I can view without problem in the correct image format…

Our [Swisscom Box 5](https://www.swisscom.ch/fr/clients-prives/produits/tv/details.html/swisscom-tv-box-5-11060154?stch=plp&ing=ptl-device-first&simplyDigital= true&journey=device-first&useCase=HARDWAREONLY) and subscription Disney+ Premium are actually necessary to be able to enjoy 4K content currently.

To summarize:

The Swisscom Box 5 supports Dolby ATMOS and Dolby Vision.
The TV-Box UHD, Swisscom Box and Swisscom Box 21 do not support Dolby ATMOS and until further notice not Dolby Vision.

What’s strange is that Netflix switches to Dolby Vision without problem and that prime video also goes without problem in 4K UHD HDR HLG as well as Sky Sport for certain football matches… so box 21 supports Dolby Vision… actually I changed my subscription following this advice, my subscription will change on November 29 to Full HD… to see at that time…

Hoping that a solution will be quickly found for box 21 since my home cinema is connected to the box to enjoy 5.1 sound like for Netflix for example….
