Depending on the access technology (fiber / copper), you can get a corresponding device on the open market as long as it is on the following list:

At this point I would like to mention that the lack of bridge mode would not prevent you from running your own hardware behind an Internet box.
Using “DMZ” mode, all incoming traffic is forwarded to a device of your choice. (similar to the IP passthrough on the Centro Business, if you know that)
The only “unattractive” thing would be a private IP on the WAN interface of your hardware. But I operate my pfSense without any problems (including SIP and game consoles etc.).
