Which internet box do you have?

Which phone type etc.?

@Nezuschald31 Your description matches the error description from the thread [>Busy sign on call](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Festnetz/Besatz-Zeichen-bei-ruf/ m-p/779723#M23654)
I’m assuming that the “Activate incoming calls” option is not set in the Internet box definitions for your phone (= the check mark is not set). There has been no response from the thread quoted above.
In the thread [>… Ringtone switches off after 3 times…](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Festnetz/Gigaset-E560HX-Klingelton-schaltung-nach-3-Mal-klingeln-ab- none/m-p/779856#M23657) a report was promised, the error messages there do not match!
If the error is due to a software update, then there are probably other factors that determine whether the calls go through. Or have not all customers noticed yet that the entrance is dead? In this context, the variant of the Internet box and the number/type of telephones are of course also of interest.

That’s exactly what I once found, even found myself. I had no telephones connected for a short time, now 2 DECT. Is it possible that this is then automatically deactivated?
Yes, you usually have to readjust the input and output on the HD phone if it was interrupted.
Changing the battery is no problem.
Unfortunately, we don’t yet have an answer to the questions about what kind of Internet box and what kind of DECT telephones to help. It’s sometimes astonishing that there is simply no response. 🤔

Sorry, I actually already sent that, I thought.
So, the telephone device name is Dect204 and the router is called Internet-Box Light IP
Thanks for the feedback so far
DECT204 is not the type of telephone, e.g. Gigaset CL660HX is a brand or type designation.
What does the picture look like on your Internet box, see the picture below!
Was the outgoing and incoming call entered during registration?
N.B. Has the Internet box ever been completely disconnected from the power supply?

Or do you not have any DECT telephones at all, i.e. those with a cable connection are available and you also need the brand of the telephone.

Take a look at the link below and, as I said, briefly unplug the Internet box from the power supply.

Turning it on and off won’t help here. If the phone is displayed as DECT204, you can make calls. But that doesn’t have to mean that incoming calls end up there. This is actually a case for support if no other phones are displayed as devices or the phone has already been registered as DECT203 and is basically dead there. Then I would delete all devices or telephones on the router again (no device should be displayed anymore) and then reconnect them again according to the instructions. Because it already worked. Also check the settings above.
It’s best to log out completely and log in again using the link below.

Surely you can’t unsubscribe or cancel that quickly? If you don’t need the number at all, then ok.
This still smells like a phantom phone where the incoming calls go.
It’s not atomic science to delete all the phones on the router again (first of all, check what’s going on with DECT203). And then connect again as in the linked operating instructions.
The telephone support is also good in itself and can solve something like this.
