Radio on TV does NOT work

    • My cleaner likes to listen to the radio. For this purpose, I switch on the radio on the TV using the Swisscom remote control. But this no longer works.

    When I switch to the radio on the remote control, the stations come on - but it doesn’t switch at all. I continue to listen to the last TV station that was switched on.

    I have completely switched off and unplugged several times. Waited for many seconds and turned it back on. It keeps coming back: A problem has occurred. Please try again later.

    Yesterday many TV stations also dropped out - but this is working again today.

    Is the problem with Swisscom?

    @Gaeilgeoir @has asked if you have ever reset the TV box? Yes or no. If not, do this (press the reset button).

    Now I have even more problems: Channel only goes up to 44 + 1409 - 1421. Always go back to 1, radio still doesn’t work. Some buttons on the remote control don’t work: double left arrow, red button, double right arrow, left down arrow, 2 lines with right arrow. At the bottom green o, yellow o + blue o.

    Ev. The remote control is defective, the batteries are still ok - almost full
