Hello Samsi,

That has absolutely nothing to do with it. However, I’m just not sure. I tried it on a phone and it works. Now I have to find out what the difference in settings is…

Until I know which setting solves the problem, I don’t want to make a bad impression here.

I shared my contact number via PM. I don’t want to share it here in the forum. Hence the PN

Greetings

Good morning, yes 2x Swisscom

Hey sorry,

After a week of daily struggle with it, I didn’t have the time or desire to write it all down. But we finally solved everything and now everything is running smoothly.

The main problem was that MultiDevice was still stored on the business mobile numbers from my predecessor. I then also activated SIM cards for UMTS for my HP laptop and an eSim. MultiDevice and eSIM don’t like each other at all 😉. It took a while to figure out what was wrong, so I thought I’d share this with you in case anyone else has a similar problem. I recommend you call Swisscom and log in to your Business Swisscom login to check which products are actually active via the numbers. Swisscom then cleaned everything up, and now the eSIM and UMTS for my laptop only runs via the business number under my business Swisscom number and my private SIM card, which can be seen via the private Swisscom login.

Many greetings and thank you very much for the great effort of the two Swisscom gentlemen! 🙏🏾😍

@Matoaka

Thanks for your report. That was exactly my goal when a solution was found and shared here. This also helps other customers here in the forum who may have the same problem or are looking for this error.
