That’s not good at all with the shop page, you can’t change subscriptions or subscriptions, it always shows the page at the bottom of the picture?

@WalterB this is normal. You can only make changes when it is your turn. Presumably the shop was changed for iPhone pre-orders. If you want to do something else, you’re probably out of luck for 1 hour or 1.5 hours.

The same thing happened to me. At first it showed the installment payment, then no longer. When it was completed, it initially didn’t show payment via Swisscom invoice. Then tried again. Now the order went through, but with a one-off payment. Well, it’s a shame. It should actually be possible to pay in installments

I seem to remember that I had the same problem when ordering the iPhone 12.

I think there was an error in the system. This was corrected after calling the hotline

I finally managed to get the order in (12 month contract):p… Hurray!

iPhone ordering from Swisscom: “Same procedure as every year” with all the challenges, errors, problems and consequences for the orderer that will come.

“Dinner for one” is at least still funny, I probably won’t keep track of what this thread will bring until the thousandth post is usually reached per model year…

I’m once again curious to see what delivery times look like for each individual🙂 when ordered and when expected to arrive 🙂
