I finally managed to get the order in (12 month contract):p… Hurray!

iPhone ordering from Swisscom: “Same procedure as every year” with all the challenges, errors, problems and consequences for the orderer that will come.

“Dinner for one” is at least still funny, I probably won’t keep track of what this thread will bring until the thousandth post is usually reached per model year…

I’m once again curious to see what delivery times look like for each individual🙂 when ordered and when expected to arrive 🙂

So it worked for me with a contract extension and monthly payment for 2 years yesterday at 5:30 p.m. in the online shop.

It’s actually amazing, there are technical problems every year. You might think a year of testing should be enough :-).

I also sent my order for installment payment and contract extension (Blue Mobile L) on Friday (successfully at 2:16 p.m.).

For me it was also automatically switched to a one-off payment.

Today I was told in the chat (via the MySwisscom app) that you can only change it after delivery because the system is having problems due to the large order volume for the iPhone 14.

So once again chaos…

Well… like two years ago with the iPhone 12. Same game…

I will contact the Swisscom hotline after the iPhone 14 arrives.
