I also sent my order for installment payment and contract extension (Blue Mobile L) on Friday (successfully at 2:16 p.m.).

For me it was also automatically switched to a one-off payment.

Today I was told in the chat (via the MySwisscom app) that you can only change it after delivery because the system is having problems due to the large order volume for the iPhone 14.
