Thank you for constantly rehashing this answer. We understand that this advertising only appears in webmail, and that it does not impact regular email clients.
The problem is the cases where we are forced to use webmail (eg, on my professional computer, I cannot use an email client, webmail is my only solution).
Personally, I find it scandalous that, given the totally prohibitive price of Swisscom Internet subscriptions, which cost a fortune, this advertising is imposed on us. In addition, these advertising inserts are of a ridiculous size, they take up half the screen, making the webmail completely unusable.
I hope Swisscom will go back and remove these advertisements from webmail, because this only makes me want to change operator…
the new screen for viewing my messages is unbearable: only the lower half of the screen is useful, the upper half remains white (for ads???).
moreover for a few days, you have to click on an arrow to view the content of the message, then click again to return to the list of emails….
what manipulations!!!!
This is customer orientation at Swisscom
>… only the lower half of the screen is useful, the upper half remains white (for ads???)….
FALSE approximately ⅓ of the top of the page with screen zoom at 100% and ¼ if screen zoom at 80% (see photo)
the white part is due to the use of an ad blocker in the browser used
in addition no advertising (or a white part) on App blue News or any other external messaging service (Thunderbird, Outlook, App Mail on smartphone/tablet, etc.)
only on Webmail with Bluewin e-mail light at CHF 0.- and Bluewin e-mail basic at CHF 0.-

I was using webmail to search for old mail(s)
The surface of the screen offered the display of a packet of mail(s)
A small font, a layout there in Excel, the best.
At the very bottom a tab offering the possibility of sorting a multitude of email(s).
And now half of this Excel sheet is eaten up by advertising.
Who is the young prodigy that Swisscom unearthed to come up with this stupid thing for us?
All customers will be looking for the possibility of using this thing more, which was great.
In the end, this advertising banner could be a very bad idea.
We remind you that in this forum these are customers who help other customers.
We can therefore do nothing other than inform you that there are two possibilities to escape this advertising:
1. Pay 1.90/month
2. FREE. Use an email program (Thunderbird, Mail, Outlook) which offers many other advantages.

We might as well remind ourselves with such a message that we are cash cows!
I use an email client and I could say that it doesn’t affect me: but when I occasionally use Webmail I am still affected…
For customers with free emails, without any other paid service, I could still support this advertising idea.
But not there, full stop/
I myself sometimes use webmail and I do not blame you for this advertisement. I remind you, as I mentioned, that here we are customers who try to help you as best we can.
In this case, it would be best to contact Swisscom directly by clicking HERE.

Hello @Peistiolla71
We’ve already talked about it a lot!
Take a subscription (1.90/month)
or use an external mailer (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail, etc.)
