Only certain recordings

No reset, no cable replacement or new TV box will help because the error is on the Swisscom side!

The error was already present around six months ago, across Switzerland!

There were also recordings that I couldn’t start and others that worked. After a long back and forth with support (still without Sam 😉) all of my recordings suddenly worked!

Now…

Since changing the recording memory to 2000h, I have the theater with the recordings again. Again, not all recordings work, or rather: you can’t watch certain ones, it’s a lottery as to which ones work!

I’m sick of calling again, pressing seven buttons and being on hold listening to that ugly, loud song!

Wonderful, that’s good for you. They promised to call me back yesterday, but nothing happened. And same thing today, I’m curious if they’ll call. The same problem for me too. Concerns the recordings from the beginning of May and only those from “Sky Cinema”.

Luckily these recordings are still playing on “NOW”. 😉

Everyone gets this error!

Swisscom seems to have a major problem here.

I’ll also call the hotline tomorrow.

Hello everyone

On April 1, 2022, blue Prime was replaced by Sky Cinema.
A transmitter configuration had to be imported,
which ensures that the content to be saved is preserved.

Normally saved movie data will be saved after 2 weeks
moved from short-term storage to long-term storage.

Due to misconduct that remained undetected for a long time,
These film dates were not moved correctly and have not been there since
available.

Unfortunately, the affected recordings can no longer be played.

The error was fixed on June 2nd, 2022 and all recordings from then on
times are now saved correctly.

Hello, that would be great if it was “fixed” now. So I can be confident that all SkyCinema recordings can be played again from June 2, 2022?

What about any credit for these 2 months (circumstances, hassles, etc.)? That would be something, I just had problems and apparently I wasn’t alone. New customers also constantly receive discounts.
