Playback errors in the recordings - small flash sign!
Hello
I’ve been having problems with my recordings for the last month, which are about 1 month old. And I want to start a recording normally and then nothing happens, after a while I just get an error message “Playback error”, but very important, I don’t have a flash sign, so it looks normal at first glance. Oh yes, what I also noticed is that it’s always on “Sky Cinema”, a pay channel, not normal recordings from TV.
What can that be? Problems in the Swisscom cloud with my recording storage? Swisscom told me they don’t have any problems and other people don’t have these problems either. So what can it be?
If the problem is not resolved as quickly as possible, I will be forced to resign. I don’t pay a “high” subscription price and the recordings all have “playback errors” and I can’t start anything. That’s no use to me at all, there’s enough competition.
Does anyone have any advice or has similar problems? As I said, NO LIGHTNING SIGN!
