Hello @Nemeswiss,

I can understand your current thoughts well.

Customers who have been with us for less than 6 months are also taken into account when assessing regular use and are not left out.

I still forwarded your feedback internally as feedback.

Kind regards,
Raphael

@RaphaelG Why not simply allow the Blue TV L to choose between more storage or the premium channels? If you want both, there is an additional charge of CHF 9.00, then everyone could understand that.

But I think Swisscom already knows for sure that very few people will use up the 2000h, and that additional income can be generated in this way (+9.-/month if you still want the premium channels). Of course Swisscom has to earn (more) money in the end, but whether this will succeed in this way remains to be seen.

Somehow M seems to be the new L. The L packages for both TV and Internet are only interesting for very specific needs (a lot of storage for TV recordings and speed, which you actually never need in practice, unless you are in a nerdy shared apartment or a large family).

So for many who are currently using L it will probably be worth downgrading to M. Both on TV and on the Internet. Additionally activate the Simply Digital Bonus. You can then invest the money saved back into the Top+ package or elsewhere (e.g. wait for the next Sky Show promotion).

I have to say: ``chome nöd druus``.

I currently have Internet S with 100 Mbit/s upload and 100 Mbit/s download.

I have Swisscom blue TV L. with me on TV
Top German+
Language package German+
blue Sport
blue Max

Do I understand this correctly:
Internet doesn’t change anything?

When it comes to TV, some TV channels will be eliminated, but it will be 10 cents cheaper?

I took out two new subscriptions ``inOne mobile go`` for my mobile phone on April 27, 2022. However, they will not be activated until the end of June 2022 due to the notice period with the old provider.
What’s happening here?

Will Swisscom still provide written information? After all, this is a unilateral contract change on the part of Swisscom. And in my opinion something like that is Swisscom’s obligation to deliver and not the customer’s obligation to collect.

Hello @Knurunkulus, put together very simply:

From inOne Internet S becomes blue Internet S

> The subscription services remain unchanged
> 64.90/month instead of 65.00/month

From inOne TV L becomes blue TV L

> 2,000 hours instead of 1,200 hours of recordings
> Channel adaptation, 20+ premium channels new optional for 9.–/month.
> All other services remain unchanged
> 34.90/month instead of 35.00/month

**Regarding premium channels:

**

All customers who have used the premium channels regularly in the last 6 months will continue to keep the premium channels.

inOne mobile go becomes blue Mobile M

> 1 Gbit/s instead of 200 Mbit/s mobile internet
> All other services remain unchanged
> 79.90/month instead of 80.00/month.

blue Internet M:

..how many will benefit from the new speed if there is no fiber optic or the Anschluss does not come to the house? Theory and practice are great. I hope that the speed with the 5G booster is at least partially compensated for for people who use copper.

@Maddy68

At least in terms of downloading, everyone who doesn’t have a very long connection to g.fast will benefit. For example, my speed will increase from 300 Mbps to 500 Mbps without a booster.

@Maddy68

I can switch my subscription “L” back to the subscription “M” and then save CHF 10.00 a month.

I currently have 540/200 Mbit/s with 5G booster support.

For me the 200Mbit/s upload is good.

@WalterB That’s exactly what I’ll do if, contrary to expectations, I find that I haven’t used the Top German + enough recently. Then I save another 1 CHF. When I came to Swisscom 4 years ago, I had Internet L, just as Internet M will be in the future. I didn’t find any significant advantage for myself by increasing it to 10 GBit/s 😀.

According to SC Checker, the 5G booster should have 650/100. I only give G.almost 250/50. I tested this a few times ago. Despite excellent reception, there was hardly any improvement. Up & down approx. 10 more each. In addition, IPv6 no longer worked. Does anyone have experience with this? Does IPv6 now work with the 5G Booster? Are the promised values achieved?

    @Stifu_77

    No values are promised, all information is maximum values that can be achieved under the most favorable conditions. This means optimal assembly/position of the booster and a radio cell that is only underutilized.

    I can’t say anything about IPv6, I don’t use it.

    Yesterday I closed the Blue Tv app when I was on a channel that is one of those that will only continue to be available with regular use. Today the app stopped working, I had to uninstall and reinstall it on the iPad. What should I conclude from this? That nadisnaa is already being changed?

    Pure coincidence…

    @Cabonesha Couldn’t understand the behavior, watched some Sony Axn, then got out of the app, switched off the phone, after switching it back on, everything still works. Let’s see what it looks like tomorrow, but I think @roku73 is right.

    This message appears when activating IPv6 in conjunction with the 5G booster, I don’t need it myself.

    However, you have the option to deactivate devices from support with the 5G booster.
