Blue TV app, recording cannot be played

I am logged in to the Blue TV app on my iPhone. I can’t play 80% of my recordings, the play button isn’t there. There are different series and different channels. For example, I have two recordings from SRF2, one can be played and the other cannot. Anyone have an idea where the problem could be?

I just observed something similar. I don’t know if it’s the same for you, but for me the play button is always missing in series recordings, but it’s there in individual recordings.

For series it helped to scroll down a bit, click on a season and then click on the individual recording further down. Then the button is there.
