As far as I know, this is not a bug, or only half a bug 😉

This comes from the new Sport Highlight feature on Blue Sport channels.

If you press down there during football games, you can call up goals and highlights; symbols then appear under the progress bar which can then be selected.

Since the function is only used for Blue Sport channels, I could imagine that this could be fixed in the software so that you can then quickly scroll through the channels using the up and down buttons.

Currently, as @Stauldoteiy82 noted, if you want to scroll down, you always have to go up first and then down.

It doesn’t work for me with the Home App.

- Android 11 on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra / Android 11 on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6

- Home App 11.17.2

- Swisscom Box (This is the IP2000) with 6.156.10 (didn’t work with 09 either)

- IB2 with firmware 12.00.52/12.00.62

Measures attempted:

- Swisscom Box Restarted

- Swisscom Box reset

- Soft reset mobile phone/tablet

- New installation Home App

When I tap on the box tile under Smart Home in Home App, whether short or long or the three dots, only the menu with voice control appears, exactly as someone has already described earlier.

@tom4 solved a bit unfortunately, should be in the “Videos” menu and then under “my videos”, as is the case with “blue Max” or “blue Now”.

Does anyone have the problem that various “Play” content that you search for via search cannot be played?

For example, the series “Slasher” - there is no “Play” button there.

No matter whether via the TV-Box or via the APP.

I’ve now tried out this highlight function on Blue Zoom at Rennes against Lyon.

Is it always the case that it only shows the kick-off, 7 highlights and the goal before the break, no goals or anything else in the second half?

The function still has a lot of potential for improvement. I would now find a long press or double tap on OK to be more intuitive to activate. Because the way it is now solved, not only does the live preview no longer work, but also the highlights don’t work anymore when I intuitively press up after selecting a highlight to hide the progress bar and then want to select a highlight again straight away.

Basically, I would mostly like to see such navigation within a current program for news (from post to post) or shows (guest/show act/game) rather than for sport.

I didn’t find Slasher as content on the TV box, just an empty entry where the number of episodes is at the bottom where the settings are.

With other bluePlay content such as The Good Doctor I noticed the following:

In the voice search, the content from Play is only displayed if I have selected Italian as the broadcast language in the “Display” settings.

When searching using the Option button, simply go to “Languages: All” at the top of the search screen. You can then start the series from the Ticino Play range and change the soundtrack to English. When searching for English, the option does not appear.

@Stauldoteiy82 I only found “The Good Doctor” in the Italian Play, which is why the series is only displayed as Play Content in the search if you have selected Italian as the main or additional language under “Show language”. . A few months ago I made the suggestion to expand to a maximum of all four broadcast languages, let’s see if anything else comes along.

In order to insert your blue TV box as a Smart Home device into the Home App you need at least the Internet Box firmware 12.02.24. [Here]. Home-App-and-what-are-the-requirements-for-use) you will find all the requirements listed again.

I meet all the requirements as you can see from my posting 135 above. That’s why my question. My Internet-Box 2 has version 12.00.52/12.00.62. According to Adam Ries, it is higher than 02/12/24.
