Sure, but especially in the shops in the Bernese Oberland the shop is already so crowded with all the oriental tourists who want a SIM. Then this one, with the ice cream game?

Where should the rest of the customers go? Let off steam in the community? šŸ¤”

That’s true again… I was also asked directly whether I was an SC customer and whether the MA should see whether something could be ā€˜optimized’…

Let’s see what time brings… I was able to collect almost 35 ice creams now, let’s see if there’s anything in the shop tomorrow 🤣

Good luck, I opted out because I don’t take part in such ā€œfarmer trappingsā€ as a matter of principle and I don’t have the time for such publicity stunts.

If you get the LG TV, you can then immediately confirm that it was definitely the one that was actually for my sister to take out the new subscription to the Swisscom campaign. She didn’t get one because Swisscom didn’t have any TVs anymore šŸ˜‰

@Stauldoteiy82 The Summerhunt is based on technology from https://www.vatom.com/ possibly the individual ice creams are part of these wallets and are used as NTFs submitted.

I don’t understand the meaning behind it. Had almost 35 ice creams after about 15 minutes in town. These are now in the wallet but they can no longer be used… ( @CorinaS?)

Hello everyone. For me the 2nd and 3rd ice cream spots are shown in Zurich - i.e. over 40 km from ā€œmy cityā€. That’s why I’m not traveling to Zurich. Sorry. Something is wrong here

Hello @DomiP, I received the following feedback regarding the question of meaning:

The purpose is to arouse enthusiasm for new technologies, have the chance to win a main prize, bring entertainment and fun into the summer, promote the new look and feel of some Swisscom shops and be inspired by the latest Swisscom products.

I asked again why the 35 ice creams in your wallet can no longer be used. šŸ˜‰ Many greetings!

Salu @CorinaS,

Thanks for asking and sharing. I understand the promotion of individual shops, but it doesn’t seem to have worked ā€˜extremely well’. A good two weeks after the launch of Summerhunt, a new reason to visit the shop was provided via newsletter šŸ™ƒšŸ¤”.

As far as ā€˜new technologies’ go, I don’t quite understand the connection. At least an explanation on the subject of NTFs or wallets would certainly have been ideal. šŸŒž

Wanted to ask when the prizes come after you win something? I won a PS5 and went to the shop and everything was done and I was told it would arrive in the next few days? Haven’t received anything yet??

@Schejeuckeld49 This is a customers helping customers forum. Unfortunately we don’t know when prizes will be sent out, you can call the hotline 0800 800 800 or perhaps directly at the shop you were in.
