Hello dear Swisscom customer,
I am sorry to see that to date, you have apparently still not found satisfaction. It is clear that the suppliers of these TV Guides have difficulty evolving over the years.
Cordialement 🙂
I wouldn’t say that, the previous data provider was definitely better. Okay, there were often missing images for the actors, it’s better now, but the rest is sometimes really bad. I hope Swisscom can remedy this, after all, it is they who pay, and therefore us too, as customers.

@Diecherpil82 - As I am retired, it is true that I watch TV regularly, but already before - during the time of Naxoo in Geneva - I had been asked by its management to test a new decoder and we can say that with blue TV, I do the same because I would like this channel to become excellent.
As I had promised when we were told of the changes that had to be completed by the end of last year, I did not show up as much, waiting for the results! Since then, at the end of January 2022, I contacted Swisscom management directly, giving them a summary of what I had observed…. We can’t help but be dissatisfied when an application disappears at the time of an update and you are told that it was fixed within two months… Two years later, I’m still waiting!
Following my submission, I (unfortunately) received a missed telephone response and I was promised that after study (I am not naive and did not hope to receive immediate responses) I would be contacted again. . So, I wait. I also realize that given the pandemic, many people have been teleworking without having access to a TV set and this must also have delayed updates.
I don’t “complain” for the sake of complaining, but - as already said above - I do it in a positive sense so that blue TV gives us complete satisfaction.
Please note that I realize that my comments regarding the operation of blue TV only concern the channels that I watch regularly and naturally it is impossible for me to comment on Russian, Arabic, etc. channels.
I hope that these few lines will help you understand why I do this!
Hello @Anastasie
thank you for the always constructive contributions!
>… many people have done teleworking without having access to a TV set…
On the contrary! Teleworking has facilitated and increased access to a television 😀
Currently, the TV Guide seems generally quite correct, the fact that there is no information on the actors or directors is not a problem, in the case of intérêt this data can be easily searched on the Net.
On the other hand, the photos of the protagonists are quite recent and often more numerous than before
The community will be very interested to know the answer and the official position of Swisscom, please share them. If it were possible to have some perspective on the future, that would be wonderful, but in general Swisscom communicates little about the future, except when the new thing is actually available.

@Gaeilgeoir - I’m sorry for you, but you will probably never see the film “End of Programs”… because it is “End of the Titanic” which is broadcast…
Does this mean the wording error was never corrected? Is this normal?
@Anastasie It’s really a shame 😂, but what’s sadder is that the provider provides such data and this is also not corrected. This shouldn’t be normal.

@BlackMamba - Thanks for the like…
For your information, your message reached me in German… as did the link I obtained when I clicked on the message from Swisscom announcing that I had obtained a new badge… that of “Knight of the Rose” since today is February 14 and it is therefore Valentine’s Day…
Anything!!! They better get busy improving the EPG!!!!
@Doremi - But I only clicked to have more details on my “promotion” to the great Knight of the Rose and that’s when I switched to German… J I then clicked to be on French again, and ended up on a page which was not the translation but something else… I got fed up and closed the message…
I did nothing to switch to German and receive the following message from Black Mamba in German!!!!
My profile in the community is clear: I want - not to say “want” - the French version. If I wish to switch momentarily to German, I do so consciously and then switch back to French…
Well, I sent a WhatsApp to Swisscom to resolve the problem and learned that a “Swisscom Bot” will take care of it and respond to me within 30 minutes…. which is almost up.
If anyone knows what a “Swisscom Bot” is, I would be grateful if they could enlighten me.
Sorry for being so long, but this supremacy of German is starting to seriously annoy me… and not only at Swisscom!!!!
As already explained if you consult the forum in German and in the meantime you receive an email, this email will be in German… Simply click on the box “Jetzt mitreden”written on the email like the example below Below you find yourself on the Germanic forum!
The best solution is to never click on an email received in another language and to read your promotion or other responses without pressing this famous box, to read your responses received directly on the forum.
Cordialement Doremi
@Doremi- In general I click on this blue beach which is normally always in French to get to the place mentioned because without that I get lost in the twists and turns of the Community.
Thanks for your help anyway.
P.S. On this blue beach it says “Participate in the discussion” and so I clicked on this text… It was after that, to have the rest of the information concerning my “promotion” that the text passed was in German…
And it starts again… Today, I can finally program the shows that interest me on Arte from next Monday (see above… I must have already mentioned the problem)… There is once again a pure error on Monday February 21 at 10:45 p.m. The EPG announces to us
for the next two broadcasts when it is “Rosenstrasse, Berlin 1943” by Maragarethe von Trotta followed by a report on the filmmaker. Let’s hope that by then blue TV will be kind enough to change the wording of these two shows…. We can always dream!!!!
Hello @Anastasie
Traditional customer service does not manage the Swisscom Help Community at all.
You can send your comments and ideas for improvement about the Community [on this discussion thread](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Comment-%C3%A7a-marche/Am%C3%A9liorez- the-communaut%C3%A9-Swisscom-avec-nous/td-p/581623).

@LeylaG - I just wrote you a long message from my tablet, but as I sent it, I received a message saying “Oops, something went wrong”.. Indeed, my message has disappeared and the beginning of my text has not even been preserved… I will try to reconstruct what I wanted to write to you.
I have not contacted Customer Service to report the errors in the EPG discovered recently and in particular today concerning the two broadcasts on Arte… Who should I contact when I notice this type of error? problems to hope that the corrections will be made? The only responses received to date have been along the lines of “it’s not us who are responsible”…
If I were in blue TV’s place, I would be grateful for the information to be sent to me because to err is human. I would say “thank you” to the person who made the remark to me and pass it on to the appropriate person because somewhere, there must be a living being who can make the correction! This is all the more useful as it is impossible for us to change anything in the wording of the recorded programs and in this case, I believe that the two programs actually programmed can interest more viewers than children’s programs entitled “Special” and broadcast so late in the evening!!!
I must be utopian…
P.S. I haven’t completely reconstructed my first message which I thought was better, but I did the best I could!!!
@Leyla - This is a follow-up to my message from February 15 at 10:07 p.m.
I have just scheduled my recordings for Friday February 25 and in particular on Arte…
I would be grateful if you could ask the person responsible for the EPG to compare what is shown on TV and what is found on the Arte website.
https://www.arte.tv/fr/guide/20220225 = this should be the correct link.
There we find the details of the programs “Regards” and “Invitation au voyage” and there is no new program “Special”, a children’s program which suddenly seems to be recurring in the EPG for this channel (shown that day at 7 p.m. instead of “Wild Slovenia”)!
P.S. I really appreciate that now the date and time of recordings are systematically displayed in Community messages! A like to blue TV for following our suggestions!
Hello @Anastasie
Thank you for your observations which I have passed on to the person responsible who will forward them to the EPG supplier.
The incorrect information “Special”, Children’s Series, February 21 and 25, should be replaced with the correct program.
Cordialement
France 5 informed us that the “program was offered in a multilingual version and in audio description”.
I tried everything: it was impossible to have an English version and if I activated the subtitles they appeared with the audio description added… but still spoken in French!
How should I have set my television to “simply” have a two-channel version with French subtitles?
