Does anyone know how to change the ringtone for the connections that come in with the Business Communication Manager on your cell phone (iPhone mini 12) iOS 14.6? It would be so great if the calls could be distinguished by the sound.

I just received your query, please excuse the late reply.
Unfortunately, I have bad news: you cannot change the ringtone on the Business Communication app.
The reason is simple: Since we use Apple’s telephony integration, which makes the user experience much more friendly, the ringtone setting is not up to us but to the operating system. Unfortunately, since iOS 10, Apple no longer offers the option of setting system ringtones for apps individually.
The only thing you could do would be to change the ringtone in the iOS settings for all incoming calls, but then you still won’t be able to distinguish the calls by the ringtone.
I will pass your request on to the developers and see what can be done.
