There’s a lot that doesn’t work at the moment, including the ongoing problems with the series recordings and deleting the duplicate recordings, it doesn’t work at all via the app, I have to click my way through the browser because I keep getting thrown out of the individual series recordings. I don’t want to leave the duplicates standing either, because if I watch an SRF box on the Friday evening, which is repeated x times during the night and in the following days, I have this repetition in the recordings every time I didn’t see it before delete them from the planned recordings.
But when deleting the individual episodes I can only delete one at a time and then have to click refresh because the other episodes simply don’t appear anymore in order to delete this one too. I can only delete another recording after F5.
Now I’m really wondering how incapable the SC is of offering a functioning service, after all I pay a lot for the fact that I have to “work” almost more than I watch TV…
yes with me too.
However, the option to delete scheduled recordings still exists. If I want to delete several planned episodes of a series recording, I have to refresh the browser each time, because when I delete a planned recording, all the others also disappear and only after the browser F5 do the others appear again and then I have to delete another planned recording again and so it goes on Play through the game until all planned recordings are deleted…
@User62 Internet Explorer 11 uses outdated standards and is gradually no longer supported by Microsoft itself, as well as many others. For this reason, as well as the usage figures, we no longer test on IE11 everywhere in our testing. We recommend switching to more recent browsers.
@db1986 I have forwarded your feedback regarding the management of planned series recordings internally.

I didn’t want to start my own topic, but it somehow (hopefully) fits thematically here:
When I recorded say 10 episodes of a series, I noticed two phenomena:
1) if I look at the oldest (i.e. lowest) recording and then delete it, the “cursor” jumps to the newest recording. So I have to keep scrolling down to be able to select the next oldest recording.
2) if there is a repeat of the oldest recording that I deleted, it will show me the one that I now have to delete.
Both have been the case for a few weeks (around when the great archive change was activated).
Does anyone know the problem too?

Are you talking about behavior on the TV-Box or on the web? Just so I can pass this on correctly…

I passed both on internally. In the case of the former, I was told straight away that this was known and would be improved in a future release. In the second case, this will be looked at more closely and will certainly be taken into account if something is crooked. Thanks for the feedback.
