1. check that the connection data are entered correctly
name and password
do not confuse the Swisscom password with the one used specifically for a connection to Webmail
2. delete browsing history, cookies, etc. then try to reconnect
- does the connection to the customer area / My Swisscom work? with the same entries as the Swisscom Login?
