@Madaunney28 These numbers can be blocked either on the mobile phone directly or on the landline on MySwisscom, as described above under “Blocking and unblocking individual numbers”. Swisscom will not simply block any numbers in general just because someone writes so in the forum. Also, this is a public community, please remove the numbers from the post.

why are the last 20 numbers from February listed and not the current ones. Today is March 10th? Another supposed improvement to the system that only brings disadvantages. Such a mix!

@Grauffieba92

Unfortunately you don’t mention where this problem exists, at least in your own Kundencenter the last current numbers are always displayed.

Good morning,

Can anyone provide me with THE link to block premium rate calls on a prepaid mobile? All Swisscom links go around in circles without giving the solution!

@Thikache17 - Try this direct link which should take you to the blocking functions if you have a mobile associated with your current My Swisscom login.

https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/d?useCase=blockVasNumbersMobile&origin=web_help

If that doesn’t help, try logging in to My Swisscom using the mobile number and the SMS you will receive. If there is no associated login you will get this message which will allow you to create a login for this mobile.

Note that it is not possible to use the cockpit to manage outgoing calls. You have to go through the My Swisscom portal for this.

Faced with the impossibility of resolving this using modern computer means… I’m going to have to call! It’s sad in our time to see that “specialists” are not capable of providing “simple” and direct tools… which can “satisfy” the customer (just the right paying pig in the end… ). No point in continuing to give me “information” that is absolutely not useful because I don’t have the corresponding menu! Since Swisscom is not one of my favorites, this confirms my opinion (and I share it with myself)!

I was an avid user of this option until I was asked on social media, very hesitantly and somewhat bashfully, why we had not wanted to be disturbed for a long time. In fact, at my wife’s store, we had run out of landline orders. I have no idea why, but it wasn’t until I unblocked all the blocked call numbers that my landline worked again.

@Geugrummei35

Two lists are available in My Swisscom for manual blocking

❌ Numbers to be blocked manually (red list)

✔️ Numbers for manual transfer (green list)

follow the following path from Swisscom Kundencenter

> My Swisscom > Your products > Fetnet > Incoming Calls… > Block or unblock numbers

1. Check whether the numbers are in the red list and delete them (trash right 🗑) and save

2. Add the desired phone numbers to the green list (add new phone numbers) and save

@Geugrummei35 In MySwisscom click on “Your products” -> “Landline” and then on “Incoming calls”, then the following appears above the list:

Then click on “View numbers” and you can display the lists:

@Stiobeboss92 how is this supposed to work? I can’t tell from your phone number whether you’re good or bad, that’s almost impossible despite AI.

Using databases with bad reported phone numbers you can filter out a lot, but not everything. Because the bad guys also know what the good guys are doing about it (number filtering).

It’s an eternal game of cat and mouse.

Hello @Stiobeboss92

The problem is that the dubious call centers fake the caller ID. This means that even if the display shows +4178, they can sit abroad.

Now we come to the next problem. Imagine if a call center suddenly used your phone number. Swisscom will now filter your number and you would no longer be able to call anyone. I’m just imagining your screaming.
