Hello
A real authentic email from Swisscom indicates that:
To collect the gift, you must log in with your Swisscom Login, choose the surprise and then all that remains is to enjoy it.

Hello luna1116
[The email that MiriamF and YvanH are talking about](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Base-de-connaissances-e-mail/Pas-d-hame%C3%A7onnage-Swisscom-surprend-ses-clients- with-a-gift/ta-p/632140) aroused all my curiosity. Usually I’m skeptical and figured it was phishing. Since it’s so pretty, I of course didn’t click on the link in this email.
However, out of curiosity, I went to my Swisscom account and searched the keywords. I came across the page where I posted my comment and thought to myself that this couldn’t be a scam. As it’s so nice, I again contacted swisscom customer service who confirmed to me that it was free** and that there was no compensation** (No commitment to a new contract).
I don’t think phishing pros could pull off such a sophisticated scam.
So I chose a gift which arrived the next day in the mail. For my part, I don’t see where the scam is.
On the other hand, the one Fleistoreipp30 talks about is a classic scam.
Hello,
I also benefited from the gift. I clicked on the email and as my MDP is saved, the browser will not ask me again. And that was the case, he didn’t ask me again since everything was correct 😉
In addition, the gift is listed in the “Activities and communications” section.
So thank you to Swisscom for the gift 🙂
But it is clear that the screenshot of the author of the subject is a phishing, the url does not correspond to anything official at all
