Optical fiber installed - question on commissioning

    FTH has just installed fiber in our apartment complex in Pully, and pulled fiber into our home and installed a new outlet. My question is: do I need to do anything now with Swisscom for activation or will it happen automatically? If yes, under what délai?

      In principle, the socket installer sends a code to Swisscom which triggers the whole process automatically: you will receive the new fiber optic equipment at your home within 2-3 days without you having to do anything.

      When you have received the equipment, then you will need to install everything. 😉
