mySwisscom app is missing from the Apple Store Germany

  • Hello

I would like to download the mySwisscom app from the Apple Store Germany. Unfortunately that doesn’t work. 😕

Couldn’t you simply activate the APP for the store in Germany? This would definitely benefit other border commuters too 😉

    Greetings and Merci!

    • Hello @Stefan

Thank you for your question and the good suggestion. If it were up to us, we would be very happy to fulfill this customer request.

It is in fact the case that if the app is also offered in the German, French etc. store, the legal framework of the respective country would have to be adhered to. The effort involved has not (yet) been plausibly explained.

Nevertheless, the discussion remains exciting and I hope we can tackle this topic again next year. Until then, you can make all your requests, configurations and obtain information at www.swisscom.com/kundencenter. This also comes from Germany.

Thank you for your understanding and your time

It’s also logical since the service is not available in Germany.

There are programs that allow you to “extract” the app from another device.

Of course only works on Android. 😁

what’s logical about that? Unfortunately your answer is not very helpful.

The app could easily be activated for the German App Store. Then Swisscom customers could also use the app if they do not have the country settings in CH
The country settings in the App Store (iTunes) cannot be changed easily. 😉
