Interrupted program no longer in “Continue watching”

  • Hello everyone,

    For some time now (a few weeks? Was there an update?) I have noticed that programs (both recorded and replay) are no longer in the “continue watching” bar after an interruption, i.e. I have to scroll through recordings or via TV Guide search for the show.

    Then programs appear in the bar (after they have been deleted??)

    Is this a fundamental problem/feature or am I simply doing something wrong when handling it?

    • I recommend calling 0800 800 800. There you can synchronize your TV account if necessary and restart the TV-Box. That helps in the vast majority of cases. 👍
