There may not be an option visible online, but by contacting customer service directly with Prime Video credentials within reach, they should be able to make this termination.

it’s starting again, for two months amazon prime has been billed on my swisscom subscription (I don’t remember having reactivated this service): Also on the link [Swisscom Pay - Bills and costs](https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom /billing/swisscom-pay?lang=fr) the service in question is not listed (so I cannot cancel it).
