@Stephan_76 for me (Android) home page mobile number…everything OK (but it’s prepaid).

In general, something has been achieved in a short time:thumbs_up: much more smoothly

Profile icon very good! (was previously a woman’s head)

In general, PDF files (invoices and others) are not displayed (Android only?)

French Text in help “Dérangement de courant” still needs to be corrected to “Dérangement en cours”.
Otherwise the Frenchman sees Text very well.

I’m slowly checking more!

The error occurs for me on both Android and iOS.

The PDF problem still “only” affects Android.

So, I’ve been testing the new version for a few days and it runs much better than the first version.

Even if I repeat myself, I can’t live with the fact that I can’t look up the included units used anywhere.

I mean this:

Cruncher_0-1582202394883.jpeg

and just. Dark mode. The menus really dazzle you 😊

I just installed the latest beta. From the graphics it looks good. But the performance of the menus is terrible. The lag is almost unbearable 😂

And I only mentioned it again because I didn’t get a response to any of my posts and it probably doesn’t bother anyone else but me. I would like to have the consumption display in there again as described in my last post.

So once again with this release our colleagues have once again outdone themselves!

The background image at the start - where the notifications appear - is simply fantastic! (Nb, can you get this somewhere, it would make a great wallpaper for your mobile phone and PC 🙈)

The problem with the speed mentioned by @Cruncher doesn’t seem too bad to me… It might be a little faster, but the animations are therefore very successful.

What still bothers me are the elements of the web-based KuCe…

In my opinion, the card elements should all have a uniform design (such as border radius and width) - although I simply like these design elements of the native app better than those of the KuCe.

  • I think that either the new KuCe should be refined, or the data should only be loaded via REST call. (REST access to the KuCe is possible and the data can be read out, provided that either CORS is deactivated or is simply loaded via the Swisscom server).

Otherwise, there are always more improvements that are really great.

Idea about the user picture:

For community users, you could also use the image used for the profile there as long as you log in using the same login.

Of course, community integration into an app point would then be an option.

Latest release today on iOS:

Quickly tried out the menus. Quite a waiting time between subpages and no valid forwarding to the router in the Internet menu. Otherwise very well constructed and visually a very good impression.
Now try it out a little further, it does have a few options within the menus.

Display/layout are great and still quite clear even on a 4-inch iPhone. However, it shouldn’t be more than that, otherwise you’ll get lost in the menus and submenus.

Unfortunately, the performance is still very weak. Loading times of 3 - 5s (products) or 5 - 10s (all business products) is massively too long. According to various studies, loading times of a page longer than 1 second are perceived by users as annoying. Ultimately, fast loading times are even more important as a business card for a technology company than good design.

Hello folks,

I just checked out the new version.

Not that long ago I developed my own software and of course I was dependent on testers.
In order to motivate the testers, I always first made sure that the justified comments were addressed with each update.

If you don’t want to draw up a pending list, you can point out the status of the process.
Example: from the first version it was pointed out that the PDF files were not published.
If you want to work on the problem later, you can point it out in a small window. This can still replace a todo list!

I’m afraid it will be as usual at Swisscom: “Die** Dogs barking, und die Caravan * pulls** weiter**.”

No offense, otherwise it looks good, albeit too slow.

Hello everyone

Thank you for your many valuable inputs. Very cool!

@Jean-Pierre_Feron Thanks for your tip. We have an internal ticketing system in which we consolidate and prioritize everything.

@Stephan_76 does the PDF problem still exist?

@Cruncher The new app won’t have the same consumption. At least not in this form. The User Experience Team is informed about this.

@DomiP Hey thanks for your visualizations. Really awesome! 😉 The idea is cool. AND we are very happy that you like the wallpaper. We thought about this for a long time.

@Chips Are you a business customer? The app is only built for private customers. As a business customer you can still log in but use functions.

I wish everyone a great weekend

Best regards

adrian

@AdrianW In what form? You can’t just delete things. If only you could at least look it up online without having to do the math yourself… The function is very important to me and it would take very little effort to implement it…

@AdrianW

I’m only a business customer with the Natel subscription (Natel Go), not otherwise. I’m just a golfer😉

But I don’t understand why things are listed under Business that don’t work at all. Then it’s better to leave them out.

Show original language (German)

@Cruncher Unfortunately I can’t give you a better answer for the moment. You have to know that the app is based on a completely new IT infrastructure. This offers a lot of new possibilities and at the same time certain functions are no longer available. At least for now. The app as it is today is a snapshot. In a few months there will be various new possibilities that would not be possible with today’s IT architecture.

@Chips Follow-up question, do you see your business Natel subscription Go and at the same time your private products such as TV/Internet/landline?

Hello

The app also runs very smoothly for me, but I noticed that if I want to view the WiFi password, guest and my own in the app, I am asked to log in, then I come back to the same page and have to enter the login again …So I never see the password…

Thanks

Hello @AdrianW

Yes, the problem still exists on Android. When I’m up

The invoice as PDF

When I click, I can visually see that I’m clicking, but otherwise nothing happens.

The same thing applies to Verbindungsnachweis as PDF and Excel. It visually shows that I’m typing, but nothing happens.

Now to iOS

Here I noticed that the Verbindungsnachweis cannot be opened. Neither as Excel nor as PDF

I think opening PDF worked at the beginning. But you also removed the PDF invoices from the emails. But I think you can ask for it back.

The first reports of this came on February 6th and only affect Android (at least as far as the bills are concerned). This has nothing to do with the email.

You can set in Kundencenter yourself whether you would like to receive the invoice by email as a PDF. This setting has nothing to do with the app.

I test the app with Android and iOS so I can compare well.

Hello zame!

I noticed that Swisscom is already “advertising” this app and is already sharing screenshots: [https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/hilfe/mobile/my-swisscom-app.html](https: //www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/hilfe/mobile/my-swisscom-app.html)

myswisscom.PNG

Now I’m wondering, am I the only one who can still download the “old” MySwisscom app from the app in the PlayStore or is that generally a mistake?

(maybe @AdrianW )

Good morning @DomiP

A round of applause for your vigilance! 😉 Yes, we have taken a first go live step.

We didn’t celebrate this with a big bang on stage, but rather proceed carefully. The week before last and last week we launched the app in small steps. Today Monday we are live at almost 40% for Android users.

We will probably launch iOS after Easter. So be present even with a little communication. You have already noticed the first communication. 😉👍

Best regards

adrian

P.S. The issue with the PDF has been addressed. Hopefully we will have fixed this in the next update or the one after that. In any case, thanks for the feedback. We have had some internal discussions about this.

Show original language (German)

@AdrianW but it’s normal that if you download the app from the store now, the old app still appears, right? Then in this case the store distributes it in a randomized manner?
